tip of the week (11/2/2008)

this weeks "tip of the week" was sent from Cindy in Calhoun, GA

Cindy writes: "I used to think that laundry was a total monster. However, I came up with a simple solution. I do each child's laundry on an assigned day, AND each child has his or her own color-coded basket.

Once one child's clothes are washed, they are then put back into that child's basket. Each child is responsible for putting their own clothes away.

It seems that laundry is so much easier. It also makes the children learn responsibility for their own things. It is a win-win organizational system."
