Graduation Cupcakes

May means Graduation...and my husband (a high school teacher) and I have had our fair share of graduation parties this spring!

I got lots of creative ideas from those parties so when I was asked to bring a dessert for my brother-in-law's college graduation party I used this cute cupcake idea.

I tweaked it a little bit, but the concept is pretty simple:

• Bake cupcakes from a mix
• Fill cupcakes with chocolate pudding
• Top cupcakes with chocolate covered graham crackers
  
• Make tassel out of licorice (pull-n-peel)
  
• Top with M&M

They turned out great...and were a big hit at our party.

They didn't taste too bad either!
